Is there a weight restriction with the hands free dog belt?
Our products has been made with the strongest of materials, including webbing through the belt
and metal carabiners for extra strength. We have tried and tested these belts on 40kgs dogs.
What warranty do I receive with a hands free dog belt?
Our dog belts are made to last, using the strongest of materials. If there is a manufacturing issue
upon purchase we are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
How do I walk 2 dogs?
We have supplied 2 carabiners apart of the hands free belt, so you can just clip on your existing
dog leads and away you go.
Can I walk more than 2 dogs?
You are able to walk more than 2 dogs at a time. We would recommend shorter leads and no
more than total weight of 60kgs
Is my details private?
We will not distribute or sell your information to any third party if purchasing any products from
our website. Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us and we will make every effort to
protect it.
We don’t advise you to use if you suffer from chronic back pain or are pregnant, only suitable
for adult use.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once your order is confirmed, dispatch will be completed within 2 working days. Any delays we
will notify you straight away. We will use Australia post for delivery. You are able to pick up if
located in Melbourne, and you can email us at to organise.
